Replacement and Return Policy
JyotishAsha provides easy one call and 14 days replacement policy to our all valuable customers.
Condition for return of product/products
- Item/items should not use and must original in condition similar to at the time of purchase.
- Any settlement will be initiates after properly inspection of product by JyotishAsha quality department.
- Any indemnity in product will be effect in settlement amount.
- Shipping charges, Making Charges and VAT will be non Refundable.
Condition for replacement of product/products
- Replacement only occurs if product/products not delivered as it is mentioned.
- Once product/products reach JyotishAsha Quality department only then Replacement procedure will initiate.
- Interchange of item/items will allow under special circumstance and solely discretion of JyotishAsha team.
- Product should come with original certificate, invoice, freebies and anything which is send along with item/items.
Exchange of product/products:-
Exchange of item/itmes also entertain under certain circumstances. You need to call the customer care representative.
Return Policy for Loose Gemstones:
For loose gemstone No Question Ask return policy applied. 100% money will be refunded in 7-10 Business day to customer bank account. Condition for return will be same as above.
Things to Remember while Return/replacement
- Shipping charges, will be non refundable.
- Making Charges, VAT will be non refundable.
- Charges of returning will be bear by customer.
