All our astrological reports are customized based on the information you provide (Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, etc.). Once the report is generated and delivered to you, it cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued.
This is because:
- Our reports involve time, effort, and expertise to prepare.
- Each report is uniquely tailored for the individual, making it non-reusable.
2️⃣ Exceptions for Errors or Mistakes
Please note:
- The accuracy of the astrological report depends entirely on the information provided by the client (including Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and other relevant details).
- Once the client submits the required information, it will be considered final and cannot be changed.
- Jyotishasha.com is not responsible for any inaccuracies or issues in the report caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
However, if we identify an error or oversight on our part (for example, misinterpreting the provided data), we will:
- Review the issue.
- Correct the report at no extra cost.
- Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our mistake.
3️⃣ How to Request a Correction or Refund
If you notice a mistake or have concerns about your report:

- We will respond within 5 business days.
4️⃣ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before we begin processing your report.
- Once processing has started, the order cannot be canceled.
- To cancel, please email Hr.slcomp@gmail.com immediately after placing the order.
